On December 30, the PHC Keunnamu Welfare Foundation (Chairman Kim Sangtae) visited the Daegu Seo-gu District Office (Mayor Ryu Hanguk) and donated 100 million won to support neighbors in need.
The donation ceremony was attended by Ryu Hanguk, Mayor of Seo-gu District, Lee Sanghwa, Executive Director of PHC Group, Director Ha Sangcheol, and Senior Manager Kim Eunjung. They exchanged various opinions on spreading the culture of sharing in the community and supporting low-income families during the winter season.

The PHC Keunnamu Welfare Foundation is a social welfare corporation established in 2008 by PHC Group, an automotive parts manufacturer, to fulfill its corporate social responsibility and demonstrate its love for the local community. Since relocating its headquarters to Seo-gu in 2023, the foundation has continued its charitable activities for the third consecutive year.
Lee Sanghwa, Executive Director, who delivered the donation, stated, "The founding philosophy of the PHC Keunnamu Welfare Foundation is to fulfill corporate social responsibility and practice love for our neighbors. We will continue to give back for the love we have received from the community through ongoing support and care."
Ryu Hanguk, Mayor of Daegu Seo-gu District, expressed, "I would like to thank the PHC Keunnamu Welfare Foundation for showing great love to our marginalized neighbors every year. The valuable donation you have provided will be used effectively for welfare programs supporting low-income residents in Seo-gu."
