Chairman Myung-Sik Lee of Moksong Group Donates Hometown Love Fund to Seo-gu, Gwangju

"Regional Development and Support for the Vulnerable"

Seo-gu District in Gwangju announced on the 30th that Myung-Sik Lee, Chairman of Moksong Group, donated 5 million won as a hometown love donation to support regional development and vulnerable groups.

Chairman Myung-Sik Lee of Moksong Group Donates Hometown Love Fund to Seo-gu, Gwangju On the 30th, Seo-gu District Office in Gwangju received a hometown love donation of 5 million won from Moksong Group (Chairman Myung-Sik Lee) to support regional development and vulnerable groups at the Hall of Fame on the first floor of Seo-gu Office. Chairman Myung-Sik Lee leads local comprehensive housing management companies such as Moksong Industrial Development Co., Ltd. and Moksong Elevator Co., Ltd., and has been at the forefront of contributing to the local community by making successive donations this year to local governments in the Honam region, including Jangseong, Yeongam, Gokseong, Yeonggwang, and Sunchang.


He also expressed his intention to donate the hometown love donation reward points worth 1.5 million won to the Gwangju-Jeonnam Vietnamese Residents Association (Maruk-dong), further emphasizing the significance of practicing a virtuous cycle of sharing.


He stated, "I hope the hometown love donation system will serve as a catalyst for regional coexistence," and added, "I will continue to practice various forms of sharing so that companies can grow together with the local community."


Seo-gu District Mayor Kim Ikang said, "I am grateful for the donation to 'Good City Seo-gu,' where the region and businesses can grow together," and added, "The donation will be used meaningfully for welfare policies for the socially vulnerable in Seo-gu and for regional development projects."
