Between the 28th and 29th, about 5mm of rain is forecast for northeastern Gyeonggi Province, inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon Province, Daejeon, Sejong, and South Chungcheong Province. On the 29th, Seoul, Incheon, Gyeonggi Province, the five West Sea islands, and North Chungcheong Province are expected to receive about 5mm of rain, North Jeolla Province less than 5mm, and western and northeastern inland and mountainous areas of North Gyeongsang Province, as well as Ulleungdo and Dokdo, about 1mm of rain.

The expected snowfall over the two days is 3 to 8 centimeters in the mountainous areas of Gangwon Province, 2 to 7 centimeters in northern inland Gangwon, and 1 to 5 centimeters in central and southern inland Gangwon. In areas where rain or snow falls, icy roads and black ice may occur, so caution is advised during the morning commute.

Morning lows will range from -2 to 7 degrees Celsius, and daytime highs will range from 5 to 14 degrees, which is higher than usual for this time of year. As for fine dust levels, the Seoul metropolitan area, western Gangwon, Chungcheong region, Gwangju, North Jeolla, and Daegu will experience 'bad' levels due to the inflow of foreign fine dust. In eastern Gangwon, South Jeolla, and North Gyeongsang, air quality is expected to deteriorate from late afternoon, while in Busan, Ulsan, South Gyeongsang, and Jeju Island, poor air quality is expected at night.

Waves in the East Sea, West Sea, and South Sea will range from 0.5 to 1.5 meters in all coastal waters.
