6,692 Housing Units to Begin Sales at 10 Locations Nationwide in Final Week of the Year [Real Estate AtoZ]

In the final week of this year, 6,692 housing units will begin sales across 10 locations nationwide.

According to Real Estate R114 on December 27, a total of 6,692 units (5,576 general sales units) will begin sales in 10 locations nationwide during the last week of December. This is an increase of 5,286 units compared to the previous week's 1,406 units. As the 2025 housing sales market approaches its close, a large volume of last-minute subscription opportunities is expected to be concentrated.

Next week, subscription applications will be accepted for 10 locations, including 'Yongin Prugio Clucent' in Yeokbuk-dong, Yongin-si, Gyeonggi Province; 'Yeongjong International City Shinil Viaf Crest (Complexes 1 and 2)' in Unnam-dong, Jung-gu, Incheon; and 'Taehwagang Central I-Park' in Banggu-dong, Jung-gu, Ulsan.

'Yongin Prugio Clucent' will consist of six buildings with three basement floors and 29 above-ground floors, offering a total of 748 units with an exclusive area of 84 square meters. The complex is within walking distance, about 600 meters, from Everline Myongji University Station, and is located approximately 1.2 kilometers from Yongin City Hall, Yongin Tax Office, Yongin Post Office, Yongin Education Support Office, and Yongin Eastern Police Station.

'Taehwagang Central I-Park', to be built in Banggu-dong, Jung-gu, Ulsan, will consist of six buildings ranging from two basement floors to a maximum of 28 above-ground floors. All 704 units will have an exclusive area of 84 square meters. Taehwagang Station on the Donghae Line, where KTX trains stop, is a five-minute drive away, and access to downtown Ulsan is convenient via Gangbuk-ro. The residential environment is pleasant, with the Taehwagang riverside, Dongcheon riverside walking trails, and Hakseong Park nearby. Naehwang Elementary School and Ulsan Gaon High School are within walking distance for students.
