Proceeds Raised from the "Anabada Sharing Market"

The Hwasun-eup Administrative Welfare Center (headed by Cho Youngil) announced on the 26th that Hwasun Elementary School (Principal Cho Youngrae) donated approximately 2.5 million won on December 22 to support low-income families.

This donation was raised through proceeds from the 'Anabada Sharing Market' held at Hwasun Elementary School on December 12, where items donated by students, parents, and staff were sold.


The Anabada event, which was organized to promote the values of resource recycling and sharing, extended its purpose to the local community, with students and staff participating together, adding further significance.


Cho Youngrae, Principal of Hwasun Elementary School, said, "Through the Anabada event, children were able to naturally learn the values of saving and sharing. I hope this donation will be of some help to the local community."


Cho Youngil, head of Hwasun-eup, stated, "Since this is a meaningful donation prepared by both the children and teachers, we will ensure it is delivered to those in need, honoring its significance."


This donation will be provided to vulnerable groups facing difficulties during the winter season through the Jeonnam Community Chest of Korea.


Meanwhile, this donation is regarded as a model case of schools and the local community joining together to promote a culture of sharing, serving as an exemplary case of character education and community contribution in the field of education.
