On December 24, Metabiomed and H2Medi announced that they are joining forces to target the global aesthetic beauty device market. The two companies have signed an ODM supply contract worth a total of 6 billion won over the past five years and will launch a full-scale overseas market strategy centered on a lineup of multifunctional beauty devices.
Under this contract, Metabiomed will be responsible for the development and manufacturing of the "LHALA JET" model, while H2Medi will handle domestic and international sales and distribution. Both companies plan to use this ODM contract as a stepping stone for ongoing collaboration and to strengthen their competitiveness in the global aesthetic and cosmetic markets by expanding their beauty device portfolios.
The newly developed "LHALA JET" is an all-in-one aesthetic device that integrates Aqua Peel, Triple Jet, and Plasma functions into a single piece of equipment. It is an outstanding product that prioritizes both procedural efficiency and practical field usability. Its most notable feature is its complex design, which supports functions that address a wide range of skin care needs.
An industry insider commented, "This is an excellent example of collaboration between a company with outstanding technological expertise and a company with strong sales and distribution capabilities. It is also an outstanding product that takes into account the needs of both global and domestic markets, so an increase in sales is anticipated."
Metabiomed plans to continue developing products and expand its market presence not only domestically but also through overseas exhibitions and its global buyer network. In particular, leveraging its deep understanding of biomaterials, the company aims to expand globally by commercializing beauty devices that offer the versatility and efficiency required in overseas aesthetic markets.
