Enchem Invests 59.9 Billion KRW in Chinese Battery Materials Firm, Acquires 100% Stake

Enchem, a KOSDAQ-listed company, announced on the 23rd that it will invest approximately 59.9 billion KRW in Shidai Sikang New Materials, a Chinese company specializing in research and development of new lithium battery materials, as well as the manufacturing of electrolytes and electrolyte additives.

After the investment, Enchem will hold a 100% stake in the company.
