It helps multicultural youth, who may be struggling with academic and career concerns or emotional stress, to find relaxation and recovery through a variety of experiential activities.

More than 50 multicultural youth, recommended by Global International School and Asia Community School, participated in this event. Through the "Strong Mind Program" led by professional instructors, participants reflected on their emotions, communicated and empathized with peers, and had time to enhance their emotional stability and self-understanding.
In addition, a variety of cultural experience programs were held, including a cooking class with chefs from Paradise Hotel Busan, a visit to Haeundae Aquarium, and a yacht experience. These new experiences outside of their daily routines gave the youth an opportunity to regain confidence and recharge with positive energy.
During the event, an "ESG Practice Partnership Ceremony for the Healthy Emotional Growth of Youth" was held with BNK Busan Bank, Paradise Hotel Busan, and ChildFund Korea participating. The organizations agreed to continue their cooperation for the emotional stability and self-esteem recovery of multicultural youth, moving beyond one-time support.
Kim Yongkyu, Head of Management Strategy Group at BNK Busan Bank, stated, "The healthy growth of youth is directly linked to the future of our region," and added, "We will do our utmost to create an environment where young people can grow in a positive direction."
Since 2020, BNK Busan Bank has been continuously recognized as an "Outstanding Institution for Supporting Culture and Arts," an accreditation hosted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and organized by the Arts Council Korea, in recognition of its contributions to social responsibility through culture and the arts, and is taking the lead in regional ESG practices.
