HI-5 DAY is an event where top management and Change Agents meet in person to share opinions on corporate culture and overall organizational operations. The session lasted about four hours, during which participants shared outstanding on-site improvement cases and engaged in open Q&A with Chairman Jung. Attendees exchanged views on the strengths and weaknesses of HD Hyundai’s organizational culture, the criteria for being a "high-performing employee," and the direction of organizational culture for sustainable growth.
During the event, Chairman Jung highlighted HD Hyundai’s execution and drive, emphasizing the importance of communication and the exchange of ideas among members. He also asked the Change Agents about the moments when they felt they had grown the most since joining the company and what elements are needed to create an organization where members can take initiative and embrace challenges.
Since his inauguration as chairman, Jung has made several direct visits to production sites and business locations. Last month, he visited the construction site of the HD Hyundai Electric Power Distribution Campus in Cheongju, as well as the HD Hyundai Energy Solution and HD Hyundai Construction Equipment sites in Eumseong, North Chungcheong Province. Earlier this month, he participated in a kimchi-making volunteer activity with executives and employees at the HD Hyundai Global Research & Development Center.
