Signing of Strategic Financial Agreement
KB Bank Indonesia (KBI), a subsidiary of KB Kookmin Bank, announced that it has signed a strategic financial agreement with PT Intiland Sejahtera.
Through this agreement, KBI will provide financial support of up to 2.5 trillion rupiah (approximately 22.1 billion KRW), and the funds will be used for PT Intiland Sejahtera's industrial park development projects and related initiatives.
Based on this partnership, the two companies plan to expand cooperation in various areas, including home mortgage loan collaboration, cash management services (CMS), financial services for companies located within industrial parks, and payroll services for employees.

PT Intiland Sejahtera is a subsidiary of Intiland Development (DILD), a leading real estate developer in Indonesia, and is responsible for overseeing industrial park development within the Intiland Group. Through major projects such as the Ngoro Industrial Park in East Java and the Batang Industrial Park in Central Java, the company contributes to regional economic development and job creation. The Intiland Group owns a wide range of real estate assets, including detached houses, apartments, office buildings, commercial facilities, and hotels, and is operating multiple projects such as South Quarter and Serena Hills.
