Yangju City Holds Youth Network Performance Sharing Meeting... "A Year Built on the Voices of Young People"

Yangju City in Gyeonggi Province held the 2025 2nd Youth Network Performance Sharing Meeting on the 19th. The event was organized to review the achievements of the year and discuss the operational direction for the following year.

The event was divided into two parts. The first part began with an opening ceremony, followed by welcoming remarks, an awards ceremony for outstanding committee members, a screening of a performance video, and presentations of achievements by each division. During this session, participants shared the main activities and accomplishments of the 2nd Youth Network.

In the second part, a hands-on program called "Hand Cream Making" was held to celebrate the end of the year, encourage the young people who participated in the activities, and provide them with an opportunity to recharge. The program was well received by the participants.

This year, the 2nd Youth Network actively operated the "Youth Policy Development Center" for six months, leading youth-driven policy proposal activities. The completed policy proposals will serve as important reference materials for establishing future youth policies.

Lee Jeongsu, Head of the Youth and Sports Division, stated, "The Youth Policy Network is an important channel for directly conveying the voices of young people to city administration," adding, "We will continue to actively support network activities so that young people can grow as the main agents of change in the local community."
