NCSoft announced on December 19 that it will acquire 67,134 shares of Singapore-based mobile game development and publishing company INDYGO GROUP PTE. for approximately 153.4 billion won. After the acquisition, NCSoft's ownership stake will be 67%.
The company stated that the purpose of the acquisition is to "promote its mobile casual business."
