Yeongdeok Shaken by 'Cuties'... Joyful Children's Choir Holds Year-End Concert

A Special Year-End Stage with the Dream Youth Orchestra

At the close of the year, the clear voices of children enveloped Yeongdeok’s winter.

The harmony and ensemble of Yeongdeok County’s youth offered a moving sense of hope to residents who had endured a difficult year due to the Gyeongbuk wildfires.

The Joyful Children's Choir and the Dream Youth Orchestra, led by Cho Hwangje, held this year’s year-end concert on December 18 at the LOHAS Fisheries Food Support Center.

This event, under the theme "Sing for a Hopeful Future," invited children from local community centers, their parents, and other residents, delivering a warm message of comfort and hope.

The concert began with the beautiful harmonies of the Joyful Children's Choir, followed by the delicate ensemble of the Dream Youth Orchestra, bringing the audience the pure emotion of music. The special performance by Golden Session, featuring a variety of instruments such as saxophone and bass as well as vocals, further enhanced the quality of the stage.

A county official stated, "Through the performances of the children who will brighten the future of our region, we hope the community can heal from the pains of the past year and find hope and courage for the new year. We will continue to provide steadfast support and interest in cultural activities so that local youth can pursue their dreams and hopes."
