The 'HF Dream Growth Mentoring' program is an educational support initiative that connects university students majoring in education-related fields in Busan with elementary and middle school students registered at local children's centers, either one-on-one or in small groups.

Through this program, mentees can develop study habits and strengthen their basic academic skills, while university student mentors gain hands-on experience in educational settings and enhance their competencies as future educators.
