The senior delivery specialist platform "Naeilruri" received the Venture Business Association President's Award at the 2025 Asia AI Awards Ceremony, held at the Korea Press Center in Jung-gu, Seoul on December 18. The company was recognized for simultaneously improving logistics operation efficiency and customer convenience through its AI-based regular delivery system.
Naeilruri operates a logistics platform specializing in regular deliveries where repeatability and punctuality are critical, such as meal boxes, catering, ingredient reservations, and recycling collection. The company hires and matches middle-aged and senior workers aged 50 to 74 as dedicated delivery personnel. Senior couriers are scheduled to work an average of 4 to 6 hours per day, mainly during daytime hours, creating a sustainable work environment rather than long working hours. Currently, Naeilruri has signed regular delivery contracts with over 20 clients, including major food and bakery companies such as Hyundai Green Food and Ourhome, as well as small and medium-sized meal box, catering, and ingredient distributors.
This level of operation is made possible by Naeilruri's proprietary AI-based logistics system. The company has developed the "Onggoing TMS" solution, an integrated regular delivery agency system that manages everything from order intake and dispatch to route creation and real-time monitoring. As a result, the delivery delay rate has been reduced to below 0.3%, and the travel burden on senior couriers has been significantly decreased.
Naeilruri is expanding its business beyond logistics into senior staffing and HR services. Through a GPT-based AI interview program, the company scores senior applicants on factors such as retention potential, reliability, physical fitness, and digital adaptability, achieving about 80% alignment with actual evaluations by operations managers. The interview cost is around 700 to 800 won per session, automating the reliability verification process, which has been a key hurdle in senior recruitment.
