KT Studio Genie announced on December 15 that it has been selected as a '2025 Family-Friendly Certified Company' by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family.
The Family-Friendly Certification System is a program in which the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family grants certification to companies and public institutions that exemplarily operate family-friendly systems, such as supporting childbirth and childcare, implementing flexible work arrangements, and improving workplace culture, after a thorough review process. Through this new certification, KT Studio Genie has been recognized for its achievements in operating systems that support work-life balance.
KT Studio Genie, established in 2021, is KT's media and content intermediate holding company, equipped with a structure that covers everything from planning original intellectual property (IP) to production and distribution. The company has introduced a variety of content across multiple genres, including the dramas "Extraordinary Attorney Woo," "Duty After School," "Paper Moon," "Not Others," "Your Honor," "To My Harry," and "Your Taste."
KT Studio Genie has implemented a range of policies, including flexible start times, refresh leave and vacation expense support, self-development expense support, resort point support, and support for children's education expenses and entrance gifts.
