Jeju Dream Tower Complex Resort, which opened on December 18, 2020, is a 38-story building and the tallest in Jeju at 169 meters. As the largest single hotel in Korea, it features 1,600 all-suite rooms, 14 restaurants and bars, a world-class casino, and a shopping mall.

Overcoming the COVID-19 pandemic, the resort has recorded explosive growth this year. In November, typically considered the off-season, it achieved monthly sales of 64.2 billion won, surpassing the previous peak of 59.6 billion won in August, the high season. This marks three consecutive months with sales in the 60 billion won range. The occupancy rate also remained above 80% for six consecutive months, from 85.9% in April through 84.4% in October. The proportion of foreign guests, which was around 65% last year, soared to 72.5% in October.

The casino, serving as a cash cow, has also generated monthly sales in the 50 billion won range for three consecutive months since September. Jeju Dream Tower Casino is the first foreigner-only casino in Korea to achieve monthly sales of over 50 billion won for three consecutive months. As of this year, the casino has averaged 48,000 visitors and 39.6 billion won in sales per month, representing a sevenfold and thirteenfold increase, respectively, compared to when it first opened in 2021.

To commemorate its fifth anniversary, Jeju Dream Tower Complex Resort will hold a customer appreciation promotion from December 18 to 31. Customers who spend at least 500,000 won in a single day at Han Collection or order at least 300,000 won via T Order at a hotel restaurant will receive one bottle of Moet & Chandon (375ml, retail value of 110,000 won) on a first-come, first-served basis. If consumed at the restaurant, corkage fees will be waived.

Han Collection is also offering year-end discounts of up to 78%, and Jeju residents will receive an additional 10% discount from December 18 through January 17 of next year.
