The event, held on December 12, included a presentation of resident self-governance programs and served as a year-end celebration to commend the efforts of autonomous organization members who contributed to the development of Sanho-dong over the past year and to promote community harmony. Approximately 200 residents and members of autonomous organizations attended, adding significance to the occasion.

The event began with a pre-ceremony performance, followed by the opening ceremony, awards and commendations, the resident self-governance program presentation, and a congratulatory performance. During the program presentation, participants from various classes such as drum, singing, and line dance took to the stage to showcase the skills they had honed throughout the year, receiving enthusiastic applause. The atmosphere was further enlivened by performances from an arts troupe, resident congratulatory performances, and an impromptu singing contest.

Yoon Hojung, head of Sanho-dong, stated, "Today’s gathering is both a presentation of our resident self-governance programs and a year-end occasion to express gratitude to the autonomous organization members who have quietly dedicated themselves behind the scenes throughout the year. In the coming new year, we will continue to build a warm community in Sanho-dong together with our residents."

Seo Sanggeun, chairperson of the Resident Self-Governance Council, remarked, "Thanks to the participation and interest of our residents, the self-governance programs were able to operate meaningfully this year. We will continue to create a better Sanho-dong through resident-led self-governance where residents are the true owners of their community."
