Dobong-gu in Seoul (Mayor Oh Unseok) is recruiting new tenant companies for the Dobong-gu Youth Startup Center until 4:00 p.m. on December 17.
The Dobong-gu Youth Startup Center is a space dedicated to fostering youth entrepreneurship by providing young people with startup spaces and systematic, customized programs. It was established in May last year on the fourth floor of Seedcube Chang-dong, covering an area of 637.02 square meters. The center consists of startup spaces, specialized business offices, studios, and classrooms.
The available spaces for this recruitment include three two-person offices and shared offices (accommodating between two and eight seats). The monthly fee for a two-person office ranges from approximately 127,000 won to 129,000 won. The monthly fee per seat in a shared office is about 38,000 won. The tenancy period runs from January 1 to December 31 of next year. Depending on the results of a mid-term evaluation, the period can be extended for up to three years.
The recruitment areas include advanced and future industries, creative industries, and solutions to social issues based on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles. Eligible applicants are prospective entrepreneurs aged 19 to 45 or entrepreneurs who have been in business for less than three years as of the announcement date (December 4). Tenant companies will receive startup education, expert mentoring, investment attraction support, and business support funds.
Applications must be submitted online (via Google Forms) by 4:00 p.m. on December 17, and the required documents should be sent to the designated contact person by email.
Oh Unseok, Mayor of Dobong-gu, stated, "We will further strengthen our support so that the dreams of young entrepreneurs can begin at the Dobong-gu Youth Startup Center."
