Kakao Integrates Channel and Store Management with "Kakao Business Partner Center"

Kakao has integrated and reorganized its Kakao Business management channels, which are used by small and medium-sized business owners, self-employed individuals, and marketers, into the "Kakao Business Partner Center." This allows users to conveniently manage a variety of Kakao Business services, including KakaoTalk Channel, Kakao Map, and advertising, all in one place.

The Kakao Business Partner Center is a web and mobile service that consolidates the Kakao Business Admin Center, KakaoTalk Channel Admin Center, and Kakao Map Store Management into a single platform. Within this unified center, users can handle channel operations, customer management, store management, advertising execution, and performance analysis, significantly enhancing convenience. It also provides a customized dashboard, enabling users to check operational status and manage schedules.

To celebrate the integration, a promotion will be held from December 15 to December 31. New Kakao Business subscribers who create a business channel will receive 10,000 won in Kakao Shopping Points.

As part of its mutual growth program, Kakao has also launched the "Kakao Biz Membership." This membership combines a range of benefits necessary for business operations, such as advertising and marketing, store management, and ingredient purchasing.

Upon joining the membership, users can receive up to 400,000 won worth of benefits each month for a fee of 14,900 won. The benefits include: 30,000 won in Kakao advertising support, 10,000 won for sending customer management messages via OKPOS, a 62% discount on Review Experience Group marketing, a 60,000 won discount on Dinner Queen influencer marketing, three months of free delivery order programs and cost support for POSPEED and OtterPOS, and a 20,000 won discount coupon pack for CJ Freshway Freshen ingredient mall.
