Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation Wins Minister’s Award for Civil Service Innovation

The Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation's AI-based customized job app, Jobadream, has received the Minister’s Award (Bronze Prize) in the Civil Service Innovation category at the "Government Innovation King of Kings" competition organized by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety.

Jobadream is a public job app developed by Gyeonggi-do, offering user-centric employment services through features such as personalized job recommendations, data-driven policy integration, and a GPS-based job map that incorporates workplace-residence proximity factors.

The app was officially launched in February, and as of 10 months after its release, it has surpassed 90,000 cumulative downloads.

This month, the Job Foundation is conducting the "Jobadream 100,000 Army Event" to both expand user participation and promote the service.

The app is available for anyone to download and use by searching for "Jobadream" on Google Play and the Apple App Store.

With this award as a stepping stone, the Job Foundation plans to continue driving public service innovation by further advancing AI-based employment services and expanding data-linked job policies.

Yoon Deokryong, CEO of the Job Foundation, stated, "It is very meaningful that Jobadream has received the Minister’s Award at the Government Innovation King of Kings competition," adding, "We will strive even harder to change people's lives through this innovative job service, developed by Gyeonggi-do and used by people across the nation."
