International Student Job Fair Achieves Great Success
Dong-Eui Institute of Technology (President Kim Youngdo, DIT) has solidified its reputation as a leading institution for cultivating global talent by successfully concluding the 'DIT GLOBAL JOB FAIR,' an event organized to support international students seeking employment in Korea.
On November 29, Dong-Eui Institute of Technology held the '2025 DIT GLOBAL JOB FAIR' at the Jinrigwan Convention Hall on campus, achieving a successful outcome.
This job fair was designed to provide international students with information on employment opportunities in Korea and to support their career exploration, with a focus on enhancing their practical job-seeking capabilities.
A total of 10 companies participated in the event, offering ▲company briefings ▲job position introductions ▲recruitment consultations ▲on-site interviews, and more. In particular, customized counseling programs reflecting the students' majors and employment preferences were provided, receiving an enthusiastic response from participants.
Students gained specific information about domestic employment procedures and preparation processes through one-on-one consultations with company representatives, and received practical advice and job-seeking strategies that could be applied immediately.
Kim Sungwon, Director of the Career Support Center at Dong-Eui Institute of Technology, stated, "We will continue to strengthen our employment and settlement support systems at the institutional level so that highly capable international students can help alleviate workforce shortages at domestic companies and settle stably in the local community."
Building on this event, Dong-Eui Institute of Technology plans to continuously expand and operate global technology talent development programs in connection with local industries.
