Gyeonggi Suwon City held a "Campaign for Raising Awareness on Violence Against Women" in the square in front of the Paldalmun Customer Support Center on the 27th, in observance of the Week for Eradicating Violence Against Women (November 25 to December 1).

The campaign was joined by the Suwon Paldal Police Station, the Southern Branch of the Gyeonggi Family Counseling Center, and the Family Violence Counseling Center affiliated with the Suwon Family Counseling Center.

During the campaign, Suwon City distributed leaflets to citizens containing information on support and prevention for victims of violence against women, and promoted the women's emergency hotline "1366." The city also raised awareness about the dangers of dating violence, stalking, deepfake crimes, and illegal filming.
