The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and Korea Land & Housing Corporation (LH) will begin accepting applications for a total of 881 households in the Namyangju Wangsuk 3rd New Town A-24 and B-17 blocks on November 27, 2025.
This offering is divided into 629 units for advance subscription and 252 units for special and general supply. The sale price is set at approximately 18.8 million won per 3.3 square meters. Specifically, the average price for the 55-square-meter units in the A-24 block is in the mid-460 million won range, the 74-square-meter units in the B-17 block are in the mid-560 million won range, and the 84-square-meter units are in the mid-640 million won range.

Both blocks are located near the provisional Wangsuk Station, a triple transfer hub where GTX-B, the extended Line 9 (Gangdong-Hanam-Namyangju Line), and the Gyeongchun Line intersect. The area surrounding the complex will feature a kindergarten, elementary and middle schools, a large shopping mall, and a hotel.
The housing design reflects recent trends by expanding the living room and kitchen areas and enhancing storage spaces such as pantries and dressing rooms. A variety of options are also available for residents to choose from.
Applications will be accepted starting December 8, with winners announced on December 23 and 24. Move-in is scheduled for December 2028. The housing exhibition center is located in the Byeollae-dong area of Namyangju, and advance subscribers will be given priority access starting November 28.
Currently, around 8,000 households are under construction across 11 blocks in the Namyangju Wangsuk district, and construction of approximately 10,000 additional units is scheduled to begin next year.
