This festival, organized to share the results of a year of culture and arts education in 2025 with local residents, featured a total of 14 teams and 229 participants on stage. The lineup included programs from the "Dreamdarac Culture and Arts School Community-Based Project" such as Youth Healing Silver Ballet (for seniors), Saessak Harmonize (for children), Young Drum (for teenagers), and Drawing This Place Again (for middle-aged and older adults). Additional performances included Riding the Wave, Talchum Performance, YD Big Band, Yeongdeok Harmonize (children's English musical), Dream Dance Company, Dream Ensemble (youth orchestra), and Yeju Culture Classes (instruments, art, and children's arts education programs). More than 400 audience members attended the event.
The highlight of this year’s festival was the four programs of the "Dreamdarac Culture and Arts School Community-Based Project," a nationally funded initiative. Participants from a wide range of age groups-including seniors, middle-aged adults, teenagers, and children-performed in various genres, receiving enthusiastic applause from the audience.
In addition, students from the Yeju Culture Classes, who had diligently learned traditional Korean flute (daegeum), taepyeongso, Korean lyrical songs (gagok), ocarina, harmonica, and acoustic guitar, also showcased the results of their education and were met with encouraging applause.
Participants, who worked or studied in their respective fields during the day and gathered in the evenings for classes and practice, shared their feelings: "Standing on stage today made me reflect on the entire year, and I felt proud and moved by my own growth. I am determined to learn and practice even harder next year to show even greater improvement."
A representative from the Yeongdeok Culture and Tourism Foundation commented, "This festival was more than just a platform for educational presentations-it was a moving experience that confirmed how local culture is expanding across all generations. Our foundation will continue to offer even more diverse classes next year, reflecting the unique characteristics and needs of the region, and we hope many people will participate."
