Company-wide AI Adoption to Enhance Platform Efficiency
Ongoing Recruitment of Engineering and Product Developers
On November 19, Musinsa announced that it will fully embark on enhancing its commerce services company-wide by leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) technology.
Musinsa plans to expand the use of AI technology not only in operational work necessary for building a stable platform, but also in various areas such as content creation and personalized recommendations. The company also intends to increase hiring in its tech division to support ongoing investment.

Since the second half of this year, Musinsa has been actively utilizing AI technology across all work processes and service development to strengthen "AI literacy." The key objective is to improve efficiency in various job functions, including development, planning, and design, through AI technology. For example, developers in the tech division are using AI-based services such as Claude, Cursor, and Junie for code generation and analysis.
Musinsa is also applying AI in areas such as platform planning, design, and operations. The company operates AI-based image and video creation tools for trend analysis using vast fashion big data, and for producing marketing content based on these insights. In addition, Musinsa is utilizing AI for global platform enhancement tasks such as translating product reviews and supporting multiple languages as it expands into overseas markets like Japan and China.
In August, Musinsa held an internal AI hackathon called "MUSNSAI," where developers used AI to solve problems and collaborate, suggesting new possibilities for development culture and teamwork. On November 13, Musinsa also participated in the "DevDay Exchange Seoul" event hosted by OpenAI, where it showcased demo stations such as an app for product recommendations and review summaries running in the ChatGPT chat environment, as well as product recommendation experiences based on the Musinsa Agent.
Musinsa is also accelerating efforts to attract top talent to further strengthen its AI capabilities. The company is currently hiring engineering developers-including backend, frontend, machine learning, SRE, and data engineers-on its dedicated recruitment site, "Musinsa Careers." In product roles, Musinsa is recruiting both junior and senior developers for positions such as product manager and technical product manager.
Junhee Jeon, Vice President of Musinsa’s Tech Division, stated, "Strengthening AI literacy is now a necessity, not a choice. Our goal is to significantly improve work efficiency by expanding and transitioning to company-wide AI adoption. This technological innovation will become a new growth engine for Musinsa, and through continued investment in technology, we aim to become a leading fashion e-commerce company that provides better shopping experiences to customers both domestically and globally."
