On November 18, Samsung C&T Corporation’s Engineering & Construction Group announced that it will introduce the "Raemian AI Parking Lot" for the first time at Raemian One Perla. The system guides residents to parking spaces close to their residential buildings and allows them to check their parking location via the wall pad or the app.

Raemian One Perla is a residential complex supplied through the Bangbae District 6 reconstruction project, with move-ins beginning on the 26th. The complex consists of a total of 1,097 units in 16 buildings, with four basement levels and up to 22 floors above ground. The parking facilities are located from the first to the fourth basement floors. There are 1,902 standard parking spaces and 101 electric vehicle charging spaces, allowing for 1.8 vehicles per household.
The "Raemian AI Parking Lot" integrates conventional apartment parking management, parking guidance, and electric vehicle charging systems, combining them with advanced AI technology to provide residents with AI parking services, AI electric vehicle charging services, and AI parking management services. This system enhances resident convenience and safety while reducing operational costs.
The "AI Parking Service" analyzes residents’ usual parking data to recommend and guide them to their preferred parking locations or spaces closest to their residential buildings. For visitor vehicles, it provides the shortest route and optimal parking location based on pre-registered information for the building being visited.
Residents can check their parking location using the wall pad or Samsung C&T’s home platform app, "Homenic." When leaving, the wall pad and app offer an exit service that automatically calls and operates the elevator to the parked floor, and the parking area indicator flashes to make it easy to locate the parked vehicle.

The "AI Electric Vehicle Charging Service" guides vehicles to the optimal charging location upon entry, automatically recognizes residents through license plate identification, and adds the charging fee to the management bill. Residents are notified when charging is complete and are encouraged to move their vehicles, ensuring efficient use of the charging zones. Flame detection sensor-integrated CCTV cameras have been installed to detect and respond early to potential fires in the electric vehicle charging area.
The "AI Parking Management Service" uses license plate recognition cameras installed throughout the facility to alert residents to potential issues such as battery discharge in long-parked vehicles or low tire pressure. In particular, it provides guidance to quickly address illegal parking or double parking in electric vehicle charging zones and disabled parking spaces.
