Relieving Students' Tension and Cheering for a New Beginning
Seongsan-gu, Changwon Special City, Gyeongnam, held the "KkeunnaeGO! Festival," a cultural performance at Sangnam Fountain Square for students who had finished the College Scholastic Ability Test and citizens to enjoy together.
The performance, held on November 14, featured a total of seven teams: the mixed-gender six-member group "Daily Dance," the mixed-gender duo "Noraedang," the six-member female group "Just," the teachers' band "Double High," the six-member male group "The Crew," the Towol High School band "Daydream," and singer Kang Goeun, each delivering a variety of performances.
The "KkeunnaeGO! Festival" has been held annually since 2015 after the CSAT, receiving enthusiastic responses from both youth and citizens. This year as well, it became a festival that blended youthful passion with active citizen participation.
One student who attended the performance said, "I was happy to enjoy the sense of liberation after the CSAT with my friends," and added, "I hope this kind of festival continues in the future."
Kim Sooyoon, Head of the Culture and Hygiene Division, said, "I hope this was a valuable time for students to relax and relieve stress after finishing the CSAT. We will continue to do our best to provide various cultural performances that both youth and citizens can enjoy together."
