Hands-on Experience of Actual Agricultural and Rural Sites
The Hapcheon County Return-to-Farming Association in South Gyeongsang Province announced on November 11 that it conducted a "Recommended Return-to-Farming Tour for Busan Citizens."
This event was organized to introduce the agricultural environment and support policies of Hapcheon County to urban residents interested in returning to farming, and to provide them with opportunities to experience actual agricultural and rural sites.

More than 30 participants departed from Busan and visited local agricultural facilities such as the start-up complex and the agricultural machinery rental bank, where they received practical information necessary for preparing to return to farming or relocate to rural areas.
In addition, participants visited strawberry and tomato farms to observe farming sites firsthand and listened to real-life settlement stories from local farmers. The tour also included a visit to Haeinsa Temple, offering an opportunity to experience Hapcheon's cultural and tourism resources.
Attendees shared their impressions, saying, "Hearing explanations on-site and touring the facilities made the process of returning to farming much clearer," and "It was very helpful to actually experience Hapcheon's agricultural foundation and the local atmosphere."
Lee Dongryul, Director of the Agricultural Technology Center, stated, "Starting with Busan, we will continue to operate various support programs so that those wishing to return to farming or relocate to rural areas from Gyeongnam, Daegu, and other regions can settle in Hapcheon stably."
