A gathering for "Political Refresh" with the participation of local residents was held in Gangjin, South Jeolla Province.

On November 8, at the Gangjin Music Creation Center in Gangjin-eup, Kim Bomi and Noh Doseop, Gangjin County Assemblymembers from the Democratic Party of Korea, jointly hosted a book concert titled "This Is How My Politics Began for You." The event was attended by over 100 county residents, including young people, seniors, farmers, and small business owners.

This event went beyond a simple book launch, serving as an occasion for the two assemblymembers, who have experienced "witch-hunt style political oppression," to pledge change for Gangjin together with the local community. The book concert, moderated by Assemblyman Noh Doseop, received enthusiastic applause when the statement "Even after thorough scrutiny, not a speck of dust was found" was made.

Assemblyman Kim stated, "Politics is ultimately about changing lives," and emphasized, "Transparent administration that maintains the trust of the residents is the essence of politics." As the youngest-ever chairperson nationwide, he led reforms in the local assembly, including the full disclosure of business promotion expenses and the introduction of live broadcasts of plenary and standing committee meetings.

Assemblyman Noh, known for his practical approach to politics, sponsored the ordinance bill supporting childcare allowances. He remarked, "If residents can feel even a small change, that is true politics," and announced plans to introduce a student allowance system.

The event was attended by regional figures such as National Assemblyman Moon Geumju, Hwang Hoyong, head of the Gangjin County branch of the Korean Senior Citizens Association, and Jeong Hangchae, head of the Gangjin County branch of the National Association of Village Leaders, who offered their congratulations. Central political leaders, including National Assembly Speaker Woo Wonshik and Assemblyman Park Jie-won, also sent messages of encouragement via video and congratulatory letters.

After the event, the "Gangjin Innovation Solidarity," which includes local youth, farmers, and village leaders, officially announced its launch, marking the beginning of their alliance with the slogan, "Innovation created by the residents, let's turn Gangjin upside down."
