Providing After-School and Vacation Care for Elementary Students
Pyeongtaek City in Gyeonggi Province announced on November 10 that it has opened and begun operating the 14th Dahamkke Care Center, an after-school care facility for elementary school students, located within the residents' convenience facilities of the Rosebian Elga Edu Central Apartment at 10 Godeok International 8-ro in Godeok International New City.

The center is staffed by one professional director specializing in child care and two care teachers. During the school term, it operates from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and during school vacations, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The center plans to offer a variety of experiential and creative activity programs for children to participate in.
Director Yoo Bonghee stated, "We will provide attentive care so that children can play freely and spend enjoyable and meaningful time every day in a safe and comfortable environment."
Since 2020, Pyeongtaek City has operated 12 centers in key areas such as Gajae-dong, Cheongbuk-eup, Bijeon 1-dong, Godeok-dong, and Jije-dong. Including the newly opened 14th center and the 13th center scheduled to open within the year, a total of 14 centers will be in operation by the end of this year.
