KB Kookmin Card announced on November 5 that it will be recruiting new employees for 2025.

The open recruitment for new employees will be conducted in both the general and information technology (IT) sectors. Anyone can apply regardless of gender, age, or educational background.


For general positions, a separate recruitment process will be operated for employment protection candidates, including veterans and persons with disabilities, among the selected applicants.


Applicants wishing to join the company can submit their applications on the KB Kookmin Card recruitment website until 2:00 p.m. on November 12.


Applicants will undergo a document screening process. Successful candidates will be announced in early December. Those who pass the document screening will then take a written test and an online competency assessment.


All applicants for both general and IT positions are required to take both the written test and the online competency assessment.


The written test will consist of a National Competency Standards (NCS)-based basic job competency assessment and a newly introduced in-depth knowledge evaluation for each job category.


For IT positions, in addition to the written test and online competency assessment, a practical (coding) test will also be conducted.


The final successful candidates will be announced at the end of January next year after undergoing a series of interviews with managers and executives.
