GC Wellbeing Holds Launch Symposium for Botulinum Toxin "Inibo"

The symposium was organized to officially introduce GC Wellbeing's botulinum toxin product "Inibo Injection" and to share the latest trends in its application. More than 150 medical professionals attended the event, which featured presentations highlighting the unique features of "Inibo Injection" and providing safe procedure guidelines.

Four experts participated in the symposium, sharing various treatment methods: ▲ "Botulinum Toxin and Inibo" (Park Yangsu, Director of Dream Plastic Surgery Clinic), ▲ "Introduction to the Inibo Strain" (Edward Moore, Professor at the University of Gothenburg, Sweden), ▲ "Insights from Real Clinical Practice" (Kim Changshik, Director of Chang Dermatology Clinic), and ▲ "Inibo and Combination Procedures" (Yoo Kyunghoon, Director of Lumi Clinic).

Notably, Professor Edward Moore, who participated as a speaker, is a world-renowned authority in the field of microbiology and bacterial strains. He currently serves as the director of CCUG, one of the world's top three strain banks and a leading microbial distribution institution, and contributed to providing the Inibo strain. He scientifically validated the identity of the official strain (CCUG 7968) through its lineage and genetic information.

Kang Hyewon, Head of the Medical Aesthetics Division at GC Wellbeing, stated, "This symposium was a meaningful occasion to introduce Inibo, GC Wellbeing's first toxin brand, to medical professionals," adding, "Inibo is a botulinum toxin with clearly identified strain origins, ensuring quality and safety." She continued, "We will continue to strengthen collaboration with medical professionals in the field of medical aesthetics and expand our product development and portfolio to reflect the latest treatment trends."

Meanwhile, GC Wellbeing has already begun domestic distribution of Inibo through its network of over 18,000 clients. The company also plans to expand its aesthetics business through the development of its own HA lineup and both domestic and international sales.
