The Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education will distribute the "Three Types of Resources for School Work Efficiency" to educational sites.
The resources being distributed this time include: ▲ an automated school work support program, ▲ a work implementation guide, and ▲ a self-diagnosis tool for school work.
The automated school work support program is a tool developed to automate repetitive and standardized school administrative tasks. It aims to reduce teachers' workloads, decrease administrative errors, and improve the accuracy of work processes.
The work implementation guide is a web-based resource designed as a comprehensive manual to clearly guide users on each type of work. It provides an overview of annual and monthly work tasks at a glance and allows users to directly download materials such as work-related guidelines, plans, laws, and forms from the guide.
The self-diagnosis tool for school work is a program that helps schools independently diagnose and analyze their current work systems and structures, and identify areas for improvement.
An official from the provincial office stated, "We will continue to actively gather feedback from schools and strive to develop and distribute resources for ongoing school work efficiency," adding, "Through these efforts, we aim to support the autonomy and capacity building of educational sites."
