[Tomorrow's Weather] Clear and Mild Autumn Skies... Beware of Large Temperature Swings and Dense Fog

According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, the morning lows are forecast to range from 2 to 12 degrees Celsius, and daytime highs from 16 to 22 degrees Celsius. While temperatures have returned to seasonal averages, temperature differences between day and night are expected to reach around 15 degrees Celsius, especially in inland areas, so extra care is needed for health management.

In the central inland, mountainous areas of Gangwon, and highlands of the southern inland, temperatures will drop below freezing, and some areas may see frost or ice. From early morning to late morning, dense fog with visibility of less than 200 meters is expected in southern Gyeonggi, inland Gangwon, Chungcheong region, North Jeolla, and inland North Gyeongsang, so drivers should exercise particular caution regarding traffic safety.

Thick fog is also expected near airports in inland areas, which may disrupt flight operations. Passengers are advised to check flight information in advance.

Waves at sea will be relatively calm, measuring 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the coastal waters of the East and South Seas, and 0.5 meters in the West Sea. In offshore areas, waves will range from 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the East and South Seas, and 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the West Sea.
