The camp, held under the theme "Sharing Global Experiences and Insights for the Growth of Young People and Aspiring Entrepreneurs," attracted more than 100 job seekers and aspiring entrepreneurs. Not only former and current executives from global companies in Korea, but also mentors from local public institutions such as Jeonbuk Development Corporation, Jeonbuk Technopark, and the National Pension Service participated, sharing perspectives on "designing your own career" and "insights for global career expansion."

The event aimed to build a glocal (global + local) network where local youth, (aspiring) entrepreneurs, small business owners, and startups could interact and grow together. Participants gained practical insights into career paths, entrepreneurship, and global careers, while also sharing their own expertise.

Heo Geumjoo, President of the Korea branch of the International Women's Forum (IWF), stated, "IWF is a global network where women leaders around the world share their experiences and change the world." She added, "The Korea branch, as a non-profit organization, seeks to carry on this spirit by serving as a bridge that passes on the wisdom of global experience to the next generation in Korean society."

The "2025 Career Bridge - Youth Employment Camp," moderated by Kang Mina, Professor at Ewha Womans University (former Acting Chairperson of the Board of Audit and Inspection), consisted of two sessions in the morning and afternoon. The morning session featured a talk concert on the topic "How Should Young People Prepare for and Connect Their Careers?" Experts from various fields, including culture and business, shared their own career journeys, offering realistic perspectives on how young people can prepare for and expand their careers in a rapidly changing era.

The talk concert, moderated by Shin Kyungjin, Co-CEO of Orum PE (former Managing Director at Barclays), featured global leaders from various industries as panelists: Kim Jiwon (CEO of Artin Co., former Oracle entrepreneur), Kim Hosung (CEO of Inkspot, former CEO of M83/Realize Pictures), Park Hyosu (CEO of Onnuri Store and Lab Hundred, former McKinsey consultant), Yoo Inkyung (author and broadcaster, former senior reporter at Kyunghyang Shinmun), and Ji Minjoo (Executive Director at Pernod Ricard Korea).

In the afternoon session, the "Career Mentoring Lounge," participants consulted with mentors from various fields on specific career strategies. Mentoring focused on practical topics such as job search strategies, entrepreneurship cases, global trends, and career transitions across industries. Representatives from Jeonbuk Development Corporation and Jeonbuk Technopark also participated, providing guidance on career planning that transcends the boundaries between public, private, and entrepreneurial sectors.

Jeon Jeonghan, Deputy CEO of co-host Krypton, commented, "This camp was a meaningful initiative, as it allowed young people to define their own career direction and begin writing the first page of their careers with experts." A representative from Jeonbuk Center for Creative Economy & Innovation and Jeonbuk Youth Hub Center stated, "We will continue to provide support so that North Jeolla Province can grow into a key hub where youth careers and entrepreneurship converge." One participant shared, "It was a valuable experience where I learned not just how to prepare for interviews, but how to translate my values and experiences into the language of the global market."
