Cashwalk's "Neighborhood Walk" Marks One Year, Advances as a Local Healthcare Platform

Nudge Healthcare, a digital healthcare company, has released key performance results to mark the first anniversary of its local walking service "Neighborhood Walk," which operates within the health management app "Cashwalk." "Neighborhood Walk" is a location-based service that guides users to nearby walking spots and allows them to earn cash rewards by visiting these locations. The service encourages users to naturally develop walking habits in their daily lives and is helping to spread a culture of healthy movement within local communities.

Cashwalk's "Neighborhood Walk" Marks One Year, Advances as a Local Healthcare Platform

According to Nudge Healthcare on October 28, within just one year of its launch, "Neighborhood Walk" has seen significant increases in both user numbers and participation rates, establishing itself as Cashwalk's flagship walking service. As of September 2025, daily active users (DAU) reached 610,000, up approximately 69% from the same period last year, while monthly active users (MAU) grew by 37% to 2.76 million, continuing a steady upward trend.

User engagement has also risen, with both usage frequency and retention rates showing stable growth. Over the past year, a cumulative total of approximately 3.9 billion cash rewards have been distributed through "Neighborhood Walk," making walking a healthy and rewarding part of users' daily lives.

This year, "Neighborhood Walk" significantly expanded its list of reward locations. What began as park-centered reward spots now includes hospitals, providing information on hospital locations and treatment status, along with features for making reservations, checking in, and writing reviews. Through these enhancements, the service is evolving beyond a simple walking reward program to become a local healthcare platform.

In addition, "Neighborhood Walk" is expanding beyond walking to foster local communication and information sharing among users. Through the in-app community "Neighborhood Life," users share places they discover during walks, health information, and recommended spots, creating a variety of local content such as favorite cafes, relaxation spots, and exercise locations. In this way, "Neighborhood Walk" is developing into a lifestyle platform that connects communities through a natural flow of walking, exploration, and communication.

Park Jungshin, CEO of Nudge Healthcare, stated, "Neighborhood Walk is providing users with a new walking experience in collaboration with local communities," adding, "We will continue to grow as a leading healthcare platform that connects people and neighborhoods through walking."
