Approximately 2,200 headquarters employees, including the CEO, participated in this training. Participants enhanced their practical response capabilities through both theoretical education and hands-on first aid exercises that simulated various scenarios. Beginning with the headquarters, the company plans to complete similar training for employees at business sites nationwide and for partner company managers within the year. Kolon Global intends to systematize and strengthen crisis response capabilities by regularizing practice-based emergency response programs, including not only CPR but also fire and disaster drills.
A Kolon Global representative stated, "All employees are actively participating so that a culture of safety can take root throughout the organization," adding, "We will continue to provide practical and repeated training so that anyone can respond immediately in an emergency." The company promoted this training as part of its ESG management, with plans to further strengthen employee health and safety as a core pillar of its ESG strategy.
