Promotional Booth at County Residents' Day Venue
Commemorating the Dolmen Autumn Flower Festival
Hwasun County in South Jeolla Province will hold a commemorative event for the Hwasun Dolmen Autumn Flower Festival using the public delivery app 'Meokgaebi' at the venue of the 44th Hwasun County Residents' Day on October 17.
According to the county on October 16, the event will take place at the promotional booth for Residents' Day, where 1,000 participants in a roulette game will each receive a coupon worth either 3,000 won or 5,000 won.
The coupons distributed on this day can be used immediately for payments made through the public delivery app 'Meokgaebi' from October 17 to 31, and can be combined with other discounts from different events.
The public delivery app 'Meokgaebi' is a public-private partnership app introduced to alleviate the commission burden on small business owners. It offers a much lower commission rate (1.5%) compared to private delivery apps and does not require separate registration or advertising fees.
To further reduce commission burdens for small business owners and enhance user benefits, the county is planning additional events in November and December, including discount coupons and free delivery promotions.
Park Yonghee, head of the county's Regional Economy Division, stated, "In celebration of the Hwasun Dolmen Autumn Flower Festival, we are launching a public delivery app discount event to promote mutual growth with local small businesses. We hope that many people will use the public delivery app Meokgaebi, which helps stabilize small business management and revitalizes the local economy."
