This dress was crafted using 1.27 kilograms (1,270.5 grams) of 21-carat gold, and the dress itself weighs 8.8 kilograms (8,810.7 grams). Including the crown, earrings, and hair ornaments, the total weight reaches 10 kilograms (10,081.2 grams), which Guinness noted is roughly equivalent to one and a half bowling balls or the weight of a dachshund. The dress is valued at 1,088,000 US dollars (approximately 1.56128 billion Korean won). It is regarded not just as a luxury item but as a work of art. Al Romaizan designed this dress under the theme of harmonizing Emirati traditional culture with modern luxury.

The headpiece symbolizes cultural pride, while the large gold bracelets wrapping the wrists and forearms express the elegance of traditional jewelry. The dress, adorned with intricate gemstone craftsmanship, sparkles vividly with every movement and has been described as a "wearable work of art." Numerous jewelry artisans participated in the production, weaving gold and attaching decorations stitch by stitch. The completed set includes not only the dress but also an ornate crown, earrings, and hair ornaments.

Guinness stated, "Beyond its weight, this creation is celebrated for its artistry," adding, "Inspired by Emirati tradition, the design harmoniously blends traditional motifs with contemporary luxury." They continued, "The dress, delicately adorned with gemstones, dazzles with vibrant details and feels like an art piece you can wear," and "This creation transcends mere fashion, serving as a cultural symbol that fuses heritage and innovation into a breathtaking masterpiece." Guinness also noted, "This dress might require its own bodyguard and vault, since it's not every day you wear clothing worth over a million dollars."
