Jungmin Hong is aiming to sweep all individual titles.
She will be competing for her second consecutive win at the Korea Ladies Professional Golf Association (KLPGA) Tour SangSangIn and Hankyung WowNet Open (total prize money of 1.2 billion won), which kicks off on October 16 at Lakewood Country Club (par 72, 6,605 yards) in Yangju, Gyeonggi Province.

Last week, Jungmin Hong claimed her third win of the season at the K-Food Nolboo Hwamee Masters. She is currently tied for first in total wins with Bang Shinsil and Lee Yewon, ranks first in prize money (1,294,020,000 won), second in Player of the Year points (524 points), and second in scoring average (70.07 strokes). Noh Seunghee is second in prize money (1,287,360,000 won), while Yoo Hyeonjo leads in Player of the Year points (624 points) and scoring average (69.80 strokes).
Including this event, there are four tournaments remaining on the KLPGA Tour this year. If Jungmin Hong wins, she is likely to achieve a clean sweep of all major titles. The winner's prize for the SangSangIn and Hankyung WowNet Open is 216 million won.
Ahead of the SangSangIn and Hankyung WowNet Open, Jungmin Hong said, "I focused a lot on fitness training during the offseason, which has helped me maintain my condition throughout the season. I believe that if I enjoy the game, good results will follow." She added, "For this tournament, I will maintain my fade shot and focus on the rhythm of my putting stroke. I am determined to go for my second consecutive win and my first four-win season on tour."
