The business briefing session for Oryong 2 District GN Heim, to be supplied by Munjang Construction in October, was successfully held on September 25, drawing enthusiastic interest from local buyers and investors.
The event, held at a large convention hall near Mokpo, prepared seating for about 500 people, but the venue was filled even before the event began. Including additional standing attendees, nearly 1,000 visitors gathered, demonstrating the high level of interest.
The event began with welcoming remarks, followed by an introduction to the developer and builder, Munjang Construction Co., Ltd., a special lecture by real estate expert Ko Jongwan, an overview of the Jongno M School educational program, and a presentation of the complex. In particular, the expert lecture and the announcement of the education-focused services received an enthusiastic response from attendees, and the energetic atmosphere continued throughout the briefing session.
One attendee commented, "The symbolic significance of being the last development in Namanak and Oryong New Town, and the fact that this is the final opportunity to move into the Namanak Oryong District, really stood out to me. The educational features, complex specialization, and price appreciation potential all exceeded my expectations. I am considering applying for the lottery."
A representative from Munjang Construction stated, "This business briefing session exceeded our expectations in terms of attendance, confirming the high level of local interest in GN Heim. We will deliver satisfying residential value to both end-users and investors who have been waiting for this final opportunity to move into a new town."
'Oryong 2 District GN Heim' is a large-scale residential complex with a total of 793 units in the Oryong District. All units are designed with a highly preferred exclusive area of 84 square meters, and some units offer a permanent river view of the Yeongsan River and Namchangcheon, providing a river-view premium. In front of the complex, Sarang Kindergarten and the tentatively named Sarang Elementary School are planned, enabling children to walk to school. The complex will also house Jongno M School, a leading educational brand in Korea, offering residents' children free tuition for one year and a 30% discount on tuition for an additional year.
The living infrastructure is also abundant. Residents will have convenient access to Lotte Mart and Lotte Outlet via Namchang Bridge, as well as to the administrative town where the Jeonnam Provincial Government, court, and police headquarters are located. The area is also adjacent to the KTX and SRT Mokpo Stations, the Mokpo Intercity Bus Terminal, and major expressways such as the West Coast and South Coast Expressways, providing excellent transportation connectivity in all directions.
The builder, Munjang Construction Co., Ltd., is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year. To date, it has supplied more than 12,000 housing units nationwide and is recognized as a sound company that has maintained a "three-zero principle" of zero net debt, zero promissory notes, and zero unsold units. The company has also demonstrated financial stability by maintaining an A rating from NICE Credit Rating for five consecutive years.
The sale price is subject to a price ceiling, ensuring competitive and reasonable pricing. Even as construction and labor costs have generally risen, this is considered virtually the last opportunity to benefit from the government-imposed price ceiling, making it especially meaningful for both end-users and investors.
Meanwhile, the housing exhibition hall for Oryong 2 District GN Heim, scheduled to open in October, will be located in Namanak-ri, Samhyang-eup, Muan-gun, Jeollanam-do.
