The site is located in the heart of Segyo 2 and 3 Districts. Segyo 3 District is being developed as a self-sufficient new city linked to the metropolitan semiconductor cluster, giving it high future value. Transportation infrastructure is also being expanded. Currently, Osan Station provides access to Subway Line 1, and plans are underway to extend the GTX-C line, Dongtan Urban Railway, and Bundang Line.
The living environment is well established. Gasu Elementary School is located nearby, allowing students to walk to school. Residents can enjoy views of Gagami Mountain to the east and the Seodong Reservoir waterfront park to the west.
The community facilities will be diverse and suitable for a large-scale complex. The project will feature an indoor swimming pool with a children's pool, which is rare in the Osan area, as well as a sky lounge and guest house on the top floor. Additional amenities include a small library, reading room, study room, indoor golf practice range, fitness club, table tennis room, and caf?.
The complex is designed to be car-free at ground level to enhance comfort, and provides 1.5 parking spaces per household. An air-clean system, which helps reduce fine dust, will also be installed.
The model home will be located in the Sancheok-dong area of Hwaseong City. Move-in is scheduled for July 2029.
