The site is located at the center of the Segyo 2 and 3 Districts. Segyo 3 District is being developed as a self-sustaining new city in connection with the metropolitan semiconductor cluster, which is expected to significantly enhance its future value. Transportation infrastructure is also being expanded. Currently, Osan Station offers access to Line 1, and plans are underway for the GTX-C line, Dongtan Urban Railway, and Bundang Line extension.

The area also offers convenient living conditions. Gasu Elementary School is located nearby, allowing students to walk to school. Residents can enjoy views of Gagamisan Mountain to the east and Seodong Reservoir Waterfront Park to the west.

The community facilities will be diverse, befitting a large-scale complex. The development will feature an indoor swimming pool with a children's pool, which is rare in the Osan area, as well as a top-floor sky lounge and guesthouse. Other amenities will include a small library, study room, reading room, indoor golf practice range, fitness club, table tennis room, and cafe.

The complex is designed to be car-free at ground level for enhanced comfort, and 1.5 parking spaces per household have been secured. An air-clean system to reduce fine dust will also be installed.

The model home will open on September 26 in the Sancheok-dong area of Hwaseong. Move-in is scheduled for July 2029.
