Kwon Guyoung, head of the Yangsan branch of the Ministry of Employment and Labor, gave a special lecture on the theme "First Step Roadmap for Youth Employment" to local young people at Inje University on September 23, 2025.

This lecture was organized as a side event of the "2025 Gimhae Job Festival," a recruitment event hosted by the Inje University Career Plus Center and co-hosted by local related organizations such as the Gimhae Employment Welfare Plus Center.


The event began with Kwon Guyoung's lecture and continued with a total of five special lectures, including employment strategies by corporate job function, understanding local industries and career exploration, and customized employment guides for specialized high schools.


In his lecture, Kwon Guyoung introduced changes in the future job environment and major youth support programs. In particular, he explained youth employment policies, including the recently announced "First Step Job Guarantee Program" by the government, which drew significant interest and positive responses from the young participants.


Kwon Guyoung stated, "The government is also considering the difficulties that young people face as they take their first steps and is seeking solutions. We will continue to support young people's challenges through a variety of youth programs."
