Samsung Electronics will launch the "Home Appliance Cabinet Remodeling Service," which combines appliance installation with interior design, starting on the 23rd. This service is available to customers who purchase products that require custom cabinets, such as refrigerators and kimchi refrigerators.
A specialized construction company, in partnership with Samsung Logitech, will provide a one-stop service from dismantling existing cabinets to installation and after-sales management. A dedicated team with a deep understanding of the products completes the work within an average of seven days. After installation, a one-year free warranty is provided, and up to five years of free after-sales service is offered for issues such as upper cabinet sagging.

The service offers various options, including "basic type," "storage type," and "home bar type." The cabinets used in the construction are made from eco-friendly EO (low-emission) grade materials. All processes are operated under a standard pricing system with no additional costs, and both consultations and preliminary measurements are free of charge.
The entire process, from consultation to construction and after-sales management, is handled through a dedicated call center. The service currently covers refrigerators, dishwashers, microwave ovens, and ovens, with plans to expand to include washing machines, dryers, and robot vacuum cleaners in the future.
