The "Policy Real-Name System" is a system designed to enhance transparency and accountability in policymaking by recording and managing the real names and opinions of those involved in major policies, as well as by making related documents public.
During this deliberation committee, in accordance with the "Yeoncheon County Policy Real-Name System Operation Ordinance," a total of 105 projects were thoroughly discussed to select the final key management targets for the Policy Real-Name System. These included 11 major county government projects that serve as criteria for key management, 89 large-scale budget projects, 3 cases of legal amendments, and 2 research and service projects.
This year, selected projects include the Jeongok-eup Multipurpose Gymnasium Construction Project, the Sinseo Gyeonggi The Dream Regeneration Project, the East-West Geopark Network Establishment Project, and the Taepung Observatory Security Tourism Infrastructure Construction Project.
Ryu Hoguk, Deputy County Governor and chair of the Policy Real-Name System Deliberation Committee, stated, "By thoroughly recording and managing the formulation, implementation process, and outcomes of major policies, we plan to enhance transparency and accountability, thereby increasing trust in public administration."
