650 Units Available for General Sale
GS Construction will open the model house for "Cheolsan Station Zai," a redevelopment project of the Gwangmyeong 12R District in Cheolsan-dong, Gwangmyeong, Gyeonggi Province, starting on the 19th, officially launching sales.
Cheolsan Station Zai will consist of 2,045 units in 19 buildings, with 7 basement levels and up to 29 floors above ground. Of these, 650 units sized 39 to 84 square meters will be available for general sale, specifically: 8 units of 39 square meters, 118 units of 49 square meters, 466 units of 59 square meters, 46 units of 74 square meters, and 12 units of 84 square meters.
The subscription schedule begins with special supply on the 29th, followed by first-priority applications on the 30th, and second-priority applications on October 1. Winners will be announced on October 15, and contracts for successful applicants will be signed over three days from October 27 to 29. Move-in is scheduled for the first half of 2029.
Residents of Gwangmyeong or the greater Seoul metropolitan area who are at least 19 years old, have held a subscription savings account for at least 12 months, and meet the required deposit by region and unit size, are eligible to apply as first-priority applicants, regardless of household head status or existing home ownership.
Cheolsan Station Zai is a station-area apartment complex within walking distance of Cheolsan Station on Subway Line 7, offering excellent access to major business districts, including Gangnam, Seoul. The area is well connected by major roads such as Orilo, Cheolsan-ro, Anyangcheon-ro, and Seobu Expressway, making it convenient to travel to other regions by public transportation or car.
The area also boasts excellent educational and living infrastructure. Gwangdeok Elementary School is adjacent to the complex, and schools such as Gwangmyeong Middle School and Gwangmyeong High School are within walking distance. Gwangdeoksan Neighborhood Park, Gwangdeok Children’s Park, and the Anyangcheon walking trail are also in the vicinity.
Cheolsan Station Zai will feature not only outstanding exterior design that takes into account the surrounding landscape and location, but also themed gardens and children’s playgrounds throughout the ground level of the complex. The community facility "Club Xi-an" will house a fitness center, golf practice range, study room, shared office, cultural lecture room, guest house, indoor playground, and various educational, cultural, and sports amenities. Notably, a swimming pool with a children’s pool and a temperature-maintained pool will also be available.
On the 24th floor of Building 107, "Club Cloud" will offer unique relaxation and cultural spaces such as a sky lounge, Kyobo Bookstore book curation, book lounge, and OCS (Open Coffee Station).
A GS Construction representative stated, "Cheolsan Station Zai is located in the best location within Gwangmyeong New Town, which will comprise over 25,000 households. As the ninth Xi apartment to be introduced in Gwangmyeong, we plan to make it a landmark of the area with differentiated offerings."
