iM Securities to Launch Open Recruitment for New Employees in the Second Half of 2025

Applications Accepted Through the iM Securities Recruitment Website Until September 30

iM Securities announced on September 16 that it will conduct open recruitment for new employees for the second half of 2025.


The recruitment areas include five categories: management strategy (financial accounting and management), sales support (overseas stocks, marketing, Digital service planning/operations), IT, risk management, and retail sales (Seoul, Daegu, Ulsan, and Busan). The total number of recruits is 00.


Anyone who is scheduled to graduate from a four-year university (by March 2026), has already graduated, or possesses equivalent qualifications and is available to start working from January 2026 is eligible to apply.


Applicants who hold financial certifications or have work experience at financial institutions, such as internships, will be given preference.


Applications can be submitted through the iM Securities recruitment website until September 30. The selection process includes a document screening, an AI competency assessment, first and second interviews, approximately five weeks of internship activities, and a final interview.


Successful candidates will be hired as regular employees after completing a two-month probationary period.


An official from iM Securities stated, "We are conducting this recruitment of new employees to achieve the company’s continued growth and future vision," and added, "We hope to receive much interest and many applications from talented individuals."
