First, the 734 residential units scheduled for supply in October 2026 at Guri Galmae Station Area S-1BL represent a flagship project that showcases Shinhae Construction's keen foresight. This area, which is effectively within Seoul's living sphere, is valued not only for its proximity to Seoul but also for its future potential as a key transportation hub in the metropolitan area. In particular, the site offers walking access to Gyeongchun Line and Byeollae Station on Subway Line 8, and is slated to benefit from the opening of the GTX-B metropolitan express railway line, making it a location with extremely high future value. Once the GTX-B line opens, travel times to core business districts in Seoul such as Seoul Station, Yeouido, and Yongsan will be dramatically reduced, positioning the area as a major transportation hub in the northeast.

In April 2024, Shinhae Construction demonstrated its capabilities as a developer with the completion of "Daegu Opera Switzen" (929 units). The project was praised for elevating residential quality through innovative design features such as 2.45-meter-high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass balconies in the landmark complex, which reached up to 49 stories.

Currently, the company is also gaining experience in metropolitan area development with the "Pyeongtaek Brain City Daekwang Rozevian Grand Centum" project in Pyeongtaek Brain City, which comprises 1,182 units and is scheduled for occupancy in January 2027.
