Over 7,000 Graduates and 4,000 Career Changers
Team Sparta announced on September 10 that its "Sparta Tomorrow Learning Camp" has achieved the highest cumulative number of job placements among government-funded bootcamps supported by the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
According to Team Sparta, its job placement bootcamp, "Sparta Tomorrow Learning Camp," has produced 7,000 graduates and over 4,000 career changers. The rapid results were attributed to a practical training curriculum designed to meet the demands of the job market. The company offers a wide range of development and non-development tracks, including artificial intelligence (AI) digital marketing and real-time commerce platform development. Each course is supported by a dedicated operations manager to help participants complete their training.
"Intensive Management" is one of Team Sparta's flagship programs. Current industry tutors are present for 12 hours a day to provide real-time feedback and immediately resolve any learning obstacles. In addition, weekly mentoring sessions-held four times a week-help participants complete their portfolios. The close supervision by tutors and dedicated managers, along with one-on-one counseling and mental care, creates an environment that enables students to stay consistently engaged.
Job placement support is also provided after graduation. Team Sparta offers resume and interview coaching, job-specific anticipated questions, and special lectures on portfolio development for its graduates. Coaches with experience at major companies mentor more than 300 participants each month, and over 2,300 students have taken part in these sessions. The satisfaction rating was recorded at 4.17 out of 5 points.
"Baro Intern," a program for graduates who completed the Tomorrow Learning Camp within six months, matches participants with approximately 700 partner companies, allowing them to gain four weeks of hands-on project experience. The matching rate is 97%, and Team Sparta explained that the number of full-time hires following internships continues to rise.
Lee Beomgyu, CEO of Team Sparta, stated, "Since the effectiveness of our training has been proven in real hiring situations, we will further refine our curriculum and job placement programs to ensure that our graduates maintain a competitive edge in the market."
